Project 1:Audio Dubbing

For this task we are require to choose or record sound clips to be used to create sound effects to bring a video clip to live, identify the visual components from the video clip that needs sound.

Reflections

Experience:

When I just received the video without audio, I couldn't imagine the effect I wanted at all. After searching a list of movies, I gradually got the feeling, from background music to character dubbing and effect audio. I felt happy and proud of the finished product.

Observation:

This task requires the ability to observe details.I need to carefully observe the small actions of each character, and distinguish different sounds in different environments, such as different indoor and outdoor walking sounds and environmental sounds, including the body movements of each character and the friction of various objects. 

Finding:

Through this task, I found that careful observation of the details in the film is very necessary to use proper audio. From the tense moments and explosions in the film, I learned to use multiple audio simultaneously superimposed, so that the sound effect will be more effective and feel, but also make the picture more vivid.
